About the role
- Work collaboratively, internally and externally, to create and execute annual integrated marketing plans for various products and campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of business goals for various group verticals, while aligning marketing strategies to drive results that meet those goals.
- Facilitate direct marketing processes and implementations, with a particular focus on direct mail, digital and fulfillment.
- Create effective messaging for products that is clear and efficient.
- Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis.
- Track and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop reporting to provide guidance for future marketing initiatives.
- Manage project budgets and coordinate vendor invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience with direct marketing, digital or lead generation marketing.
- Ability to implement a consumer marketing strategy, apply it to business goals, track and report return on investment (ROI) and adapt plans based on market conditions, financial environment and business changes.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects within a tight deadline environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
