About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with assigned portions of compliance review programs to assess compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies
Support and assist in compliance reviews across the organization by documenting findings, preparing reports, and helping strengthen organizational alignment with regulatory expectations.
Collaborate with compliance consultants and compliance program managers on ongoing projects
Work directly with the Director on potential enhancements and efficiency opportunities within the department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in: Business, Management, Finance, Law, Information Systems, or a related field
Must have completed at least 60 credit hours in an undergraduate program
Law students: Second-year law students are preferred
Coursework in Internal Audit is a plus
GPA Preferred: 3.0+ Minimum: 2.5 cumulative GPA
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to comprehend, document, calculate, and analyze information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
