About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with assigned portions of compliance review programs to assess compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Support and assist in compliance reviews across the organization by documenting findings, preparing reports, and helping strengthen organizational alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with compliance consultants and compliance program managers on ongoing projects
- Work directly with the Director on potential enhancements and efficiency opportunities within the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in: Business, Management, Finance, Law, Information Systems, or a related field
- Must have completed at least 60 credit hours in an undergraduate program
- Law students: Second-year law students are preferred
- Coursework in Internal Audit is a plus
- GPA Preferred: 3.0+ Minimum: 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to comprehend, document, calculate, and analyze information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
