About the role
- Provides foundational support for quality improvement activities
- Assists management in coordination of internal department monitoring, auditing, and process improvement recommendations to ensure compliance
- Focuses on data collection, documentation, and support for clinical quality initiatives
- Assist with data entry, validation, and basic analysis
- Support documentation for audits, reports, and accreditation
- Coordinate meetings and logistics for quality improvement projects
- Maintain organized records and databases
- Participate in training and development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years of experience in healthcare support
- Active (current and unrestricted) RN license to practice in Louisiana is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic data handling and documentation skills
- Strong administrative and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within the quality improvement field.
