Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware components for systems.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
Ensure system security by implementing best practices for firewalls, antivirus software, backups, and user access controls.
Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access control and security compliance.
Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement software and system upgrades or enhancements.
Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and other relevant information for team use.
Assist with network management, ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.
Respond to system alerts and perform root cause analysis on issues to prevent recurrence.
Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services (if applicable), ensuring integration with on-premises systems.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a Computer Science Program from a Technical Trade School preferred
Technical training with certification in assigned technology is required as applicable
Minimum of two years’ experience in I.T. and/or application development required for Infrastructure Administrator
Minimum of five years’ experience in I.T. and/or application development required for System Administrator
Minimum of eight years’ experience in I.T. and/or application development required for Senior System Administrator
Build, maintain, and optimize Okta Workflows and inline hooks to automate identity lifecycle events, access provisioning, and integration-related processes
Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
