About the role
- Collaborate with US client to support virtual iMessage line integrated into business CRM
- Setup of new hardware
- Maintenance of existing hardware
- Incident response for software or hardware problems
- Mitigation of issues following the client's documented processes
- Integrate directly into the client’s team and provide day-to-day technical support
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with computers and maintenance of hardware
- Tech-savvy with excellent problem solving
- Must be currently living in New York City (applications outside this location will not be considered)
