About the role

  • Collaborate with US client to support virtual iMessage line integrated into business CRM
  • Setup of new hardware
  • Maintenance of existing hardware
  • Incident response for software or hardware problems
  • Mitigation of issues following the client's documented processes
  • Integrate directly into the client’s team and provide day-to-day technical support

Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English
  • Proactive and strong attention to detail

  • Experience with computers and maintenance of hardware

  • Must be currently living in New York City (applications outside this location will not be considered)
