About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and update 750+ content images to ensure visual alignment with brand standards and content quality across the platform.
  • Design and prototype animated overlays for in-app notifications and gamification features, drawing inspiration from progressive onboarding patterns (think Duolingo-style engagement flows).
  • Lead the creation and implementation of interaction and motion design elements across web and mobile.
  • Bridge product design and marketing to deliver cohesive multi-channel visual experiences including app, website, ads, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistency with design systems and brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to usability testing and synthesize user insights to inform design iterations.
  • Roll out approved UI/GUI enhancements to the production app and track feature performance over time.
  • Document design decisions and maintain organized, scalable design asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and executive teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or motion graphics in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, polished digital product work
  • Proficiency with Figma (including AI features), Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with animation and motion design for digital products: micro-interactions, transitions, and animated overlays.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate proactively within a small team.
  • Openness to using AI tools to accelerate and enhance design work.
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and product development cycles.
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
  • Experience designing for SaaS products, healthcare, or wellness apps is a plus.
  • Multi-channel design experience, including marketing materials, digital ads, and presentations, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with gamification UX patterns and engagement-driven design is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and driven by a desire to improve lives through thoughtful digital experiences.
