About the role

  • Design, execute, and optimize a comprehensive marketing strategy across all service lines.
  • Own the entire top of the funnel, from global brand visibility to channel strategy to demand generation.
  • Build and manage SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and partner channels.
  • Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion sequences.
  • Relentlessly track performance across all channels, obsessing over ROI, CAC efficiency, and SQL conversion rates to ensure every dollar spent produces measurable pipeline growth.
  • Manage lead flow and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Handle vendor coordination and marketing budget.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, providing guidance, training, and structure to ensure strong execution, professional development, and alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (tech, SaaS, staffing, or nearshore preferred).
  • Deep experience with multi-channel acquisition strategy.
  • Strong SEO, paid media, and funnel optimization experience.
  • Salesforce + marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
  • Implement automation and AI tools to streamline content production, asset creation, and campaign operations, ensuring high-volume output with consistent quality.
