About the role
- Design, execute, and optimize a comprehensive marketing strategy across all service lines.
- Own the entire top of the funnel, from global brand visibility to channel strategy to demand generation.
- Build and manage SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and partner channels.
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion sequences.
- Relentlessly track performance across all channels, obsessing over ROI, CAC efficiency, and SQL conversion rates to ensure every dollar spent produces measurable pipeline growth.
- Manage lead flow and reporting in Salesforce.
- Handle vendor coordination and marketing budget.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, providing guidance, training, and structure to ensure strong execution, professional development, and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (tech, SaaS, staffing, or nearshore preferred).
- Deep experience with multi-channel acquisition strategy.
- Strong SEO, paid media, and funnel optimization experience.
- Salesforce + marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
- Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Implement automation and AI tools to streamline content production, asset creation, and campaign operations, ensuring high-volume output with consistent quality.
