About the role

  • Responsible for achieving parts & service sales goals.
  • Liaison between Blue Bird Corporation and dealer/fleet parts and service departments.
  • Work with assigned dealer/fleet customers to develop, implement and execute Parts & Service Business Plans.
  • Identify and report competitive market intelligence and customer feedback to drive business development opportunities.
  • Assist dealers/fleet customers in developing an annual business plan.
  • Visit each dealer at least twice a year and address dealer issues as required.
  • Provide product, systems and sales training to dealers and end customers as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing or any other related field
  • 3+ years of Regional/Territory sales management experience
  • If no degree, 8+ years of experience
  • U.S. Passport and valid Driver’s license
  • All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
