About the role
- Responsible for achieving parts & service sales goals.
- Liaison between Blue Bird Corporation and dealer/fleet parts and service departments.
- Work with assigned dealer/fleet customers to develop, implement and execute Parts & Service Business Plans.
- Identify and report competitive market intelligence and customer feedback to drive business development opportunities.
- Assist dealers/fleet customers in developing an annual business plan.
- Visit each dealer at least twice a year and address dealer issues as required.
- Provide product, systems and sales training to dealers and end customers as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing or any other related field
- 3+ years of Regional/Territory sales management experience
- If no degree, 8+ years of experience
- U.S. Passport and valid Driver’s license
- All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
