About the role

  • Define target-state AEP architectures including RTCDP, WebSDK, streaming & batch ingestion, identity strategy
  • Serve as the primary AEP technical advisor for assigned client engagements
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, Developers, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Establish standards for instrumentation, tagging, identity hygiene, schema governance, and profile integrity
  • Stay ahead of Adobe roadmap releases and continuously evolve our delivery methodologies

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in enterprise data, MarTech, or digital architecture roles
  • 3+ years hands-on Adobe Experience Platform expertise
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile stitching, and enterprise data modeling
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and interfacing with client executives
  • Ability to translate complex architectures into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Adobe certifications (AEP Architect, RTCDP Technical Practitioner, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, MDM platforms, ETL tools, CDPs, or ESPs preferred
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and data governance principles
