About the role
- Support monitoring of production environments, assisting with identification and logging of incidents
- Assist in incident response, participating in mitigation and service recovery processes
- Support root cause analysis, contributing to investigations and lessons learned
- Assist in collecting data for the creation and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and alerts
- Support preventive maintenance activities
- Participate in initiatives to automate operational routines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, operational standards, and reliability practices
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Availability to intern 6 hours per day
- Proactive, agile, and adaptable to change
- Analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Eagerness and ability to learn new skills and knowledge
