About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build high-calibre talent pipelines of Functional Consultants, Implementation Leads, and Project Managers for immediate and future hiring needs
- Qualify and screen candidates at the top of the funnel — evaluating consulting experience, ERP/SaaS exposure, motivation, cultural alignment, and the core attributes that drive success in implementation roles (ownership, comfort with ambiguity, customer-first mindset)
- Master modern sourcing and ATS tooling — primarily Ashby and Juicebox — to identify, engage, and convert candidates at scale
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends across the DACH and UK regions
- Develop creative sourcing techniques and compelling outreach to candidates with P2P, O2C, ERP implementation, or technical consulting backgrounds
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of experience in outbound talent sourcing/recruitment in high-growth environments
- Data-driven approach using metrics to improve effectiveness
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
