About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- You're fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong plus.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.
- You're energised by the idea of being a founding member and building from scratch.
- You're confident on the phone, comfortable with scripts, and skilled at open-ended questions.
- You're structured, organised, and detail-oriented (our CRM is HubSpot).
- You handle rejection with resilience and keep momentum through long sales cycles.
- You're curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership.
