About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own targeted outreach to UK prospects through cold calls and personalized messages.
  • Run discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders, handing over qualified demo opportunities.
  • Craft tailored value propositions for industrial stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Shape the UK SDR playbook—your learnings will define how we sell in this market.
  • Stay ahead of the market by analysing P2P and O2C processes and tracking industry trends.
  • Prioritise complex deals and identify bottlenecks to keep things moving forward.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You're fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong plus.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.
  • You're energised by the idea of being a founding member and building from scratch.
  • You're confident on the phone, comfortable with scripts, and skilled at open-ended questions.
  • You're structured, organised, and detail-oriented (our CRM is HubSpot).
  • You handle rejection with resilience and keep momentum through long sales cycles.
  • You're curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership.
