About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own strategic outreach into large UK enterprise accounts through cold calls, personalised messages, and multi-threaded campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships and engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales—often C-1 and C-2 level.
- Develop account plans for complex organisations, mapping decision-makers and buying committees.
- Craft tailored value propositions grounded in a deep understanding of enterprise P2P and O2C processes.
- Shape the UK enterprise SDR playbook—your learnings will define how we sell into this segment.
- Identify bottlenecks early and orchestrate the right internal resources to keep deals moving.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven SDR or sales experience, ideally with enterprise or complex B2B accounts, and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, adapting style to any audience.
- Energised by being a founding member and building the enterprise motion from scratch.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined with CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot).
- Handles rejection with resilience and keeps momentum over long cycles.
- Curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership.
