About the role
- Dive into new processes and ERP systems, mastering their complexity
- Collaborate directly with customers to design and deliver seamless integrations
- Own existing and new integrations end-to-end, shaping how global enterprises connect to blp
- Architect and own integration projects connecting blp to client ERPs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
- Define integration standards and ensure new implementations consistently meet them
- Standardize, document, and continuously improve integration workflows
- Create playbooks, templates, and self-service resources for partners and customers
- Combine technical expertise, process understanding, and customer interaction to build AI-driven systems of action
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ERP integration, ERP development, or technical ERP consulting
- Solid understanding of ERP processes & systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, proAlpha, abas, or others)
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and SaaS integrations
- Ability to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Communication skills in German and English
- Eligibility to work in Germany without any limitations (asked in application form)
