Provide customer support for Bloom & Wild Group (bloomon and Bloom & Wild), focusing on German-speaking customers
Handle requests via email, WhatsApp, live chat and phone; occasionally support Dutch and English queues
Use Zendesk for ticket handling, coordinate with colleagues on Slack, and complete associated admin duties
Attend company and team meetings, share feedback, and work with your manager on performance and growth opportunities
Work shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays; flexibility required (evenings and weekends)
Hybrid role across the UK, Netherlands and Germany; can be London or Amsterdam based
Requirements
Fluent German (spoken and written) and English
Strong verbal communication and writing skills in German and English
Background in a customer service-oriented position is a plus
Comfortable working towards quality and productivity targets
Solution-oriented, friendly and empathetic attitude
Proactive, organised and able to work independently
Ability to handle customer requests via email, WhatsApp, live chat and phone
Experience with Zendesk and Slack (or similar tools) is useful
Flexibility to work shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays; at least one evening shift per week and weekend pattern required
