What you’ll need

The Builder Mindset: You ship; prefer rough production over perfect on a whiteboard
Mixed AI & Generalist Depth: Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks, strong generalist software engineer
Platform Thinking: Build for the second user, ensuring one person’s breakthrough becomes everyone’s baseline
Modern AI Tooling Fluency: Working knowledge of Claude Code, Replit, MCP, and agentic ecosystem
Identity & Security Fluency: Comfort with integrating SSO (OIDC/SAML) and reasoning about least-privilege access
Communication: Translate user needs into technical solutions, retaining nuances
Adaptability: Energized by the shifting AI landscape
High Ownership: Make decisions, ship, and adjust in a greenfield build, small team
