Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions.
Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management.
Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls.
Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
Assist with tickets as needed.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder.
Certified Salesforce Administrator. Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred.
Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a "single source of truth" for the wider team.
Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting.
