About the role

  • Own and optimize the marketing automation ecosystem (Marketo and/or HubSpot)
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (build, QA, testing, segmentation, deployment)
  • Manage and optimize marketing tech stack integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Define and refine lead management processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams to translate strategy into high-performing campaigns
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance, conversion, and ROI
  • Champion data quality, enrichment, and process improvements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Deep expertise in Marketo and/or HubSpot
  • Lead scoring and lifecycle mastery
  • Marketing system integrations experience (Salesforce, MAPs, enrichment tools)
  • Process builder and systems thinker
  • Self-sufficient and execution-oriented
  • Experience with enrichment and data quality tools (Clay/6sense)
