About the role
- Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, perform ongoing maintenance and enhancement of information technology and information systems.
- Facilitate the delivery of projects and solutions in a collaborative team environment across business units.
- Conduct quality control checks on tickets to reduce errors to improve procedures.
- Operate as an escalation point for our Desktop Support Engineers.
- Make applications talk to each other via APIs & Workflow tools
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail in managing system configurations, documentation, and change management processes.
- Drive to stay up to date on current technology trends.
- Ability to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, perform ongoing maintenance and enhancement of information technology and information systems.
- Comfortability with utilizing generative and agentic AI and other AI-powered applications to streamline tasks and improve output.
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with and integrating AI capabilities to drive creative solutions and automate routine processes.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new AI advancements and integrate them into work processes.
- Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.
