About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion
- Execute proactive outreach aligned to client goals, milestones, and business outcomes
- Lead onboarding engagements and help customers achieve meaningful adoption milestones
- Conduct customer success reviews to identify adoption gaps, opportunities, and next steps
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery plans to improve customer outcomes
- Facilitate customer conversations focused on business outcomes and value realization
- Design and execute scalable customer engagement initiatives, including campaigns, automations, and office hours
- Identify and pursue expansion and referral opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within HubSpot
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage client initiatives from start to finish
- Strong ability to lead structured business conversations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
- Experience in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
