About the role
- Design and deploy scalable AI models and intelligent system features
- Build and support backend systems powering AI-driven functionality
- Establish and scale MLOps practices for production AI solutions
- Partner with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Ship iterative improvements using agile methodologies and real-world feedback
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows
- Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and scalability
- Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD and system monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years building and scaling AI solutions in production
- Experience developing client-facing AI capabilities
- Strong backend and data systems experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud, CI/CD, and containerization
