About the role
- Partner with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and desired outcomes
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess progress, identify opportunities, and mitigate risk
- Drive client milestone achievement through scalable outreach, education, and engagement
- Deliver training, webinars, and client communications at key points in the customer journey
- Increase software adoption and value realization by monitoring usage and recommending best practices
- Identify and execute consultative upsell opportunities aligned with client needs
- Generate client referrals by creating raving fans within our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Share insights, metrics, and client feedback with internal stakeholders
- Contribute directly to retention, expansion, and overall client experience improvements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-informed decisions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Experience in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
