Junior Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of the entire sales process—not as a traditional salesperson, but as a consultant.
- Target HR decision-makers at medium-sized companies and conduct structured discovery calls.
- Develop tailored pitches instead of standard solutions and guide the process through to closing.
- Prepare proposals and document everything in Pipedrive.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally 1–2 years.
- Commercial training is a plus but not required.
- Fluent German; English is an advantage.
- Motivated to improve and go beyond standard sales practices.
