Sales Development Rep

• You own the entire sales flow: from research and outreach to initial calls through to closing.
• You actively reach out to companies and education partners and win them over for Bloom Future.
• You also source new leads, qualify and prepare them, and keep our data clean and up to date.
• You develop campaigns to attract new customers.
• You conduct conversations at eye level, understand our customers' needs and demonstrate how Bloom Future helps them.
• You bring fresh ideas to refine our sales strategy and prioritize the right target groups.

• Du entwickelst Kampagnen, um neue Kund:innen auf uns aufmerksam zu machen.
• Du führst Gespräche auf Augenhöhe, verstehst die Needs unserer Kund:innen und zeigst, wie Bloom Future ihnen hilft
• Du bringst frische Ideen ein, um unsere Sales-Strategie weiterzudenken und die richtigen Zielgruppen zu priorisieren

Account Executive

• Aktive Ansprache und Abschluss von Deals mit Unternehmen und Bildungseinrichtungen
• Eigenständige Generierung und Qualifizierung neuer Leads (inkl. Datenrecherche und -pflege)
• Erstellung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Kampagnen zur Kund:innengewinnung
• Direkter Austausch mit Kund:innen, inklusive Bedarfsanalyse und Präsentation von Bloom Future
• Kontinuierliche Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres CRM-Systems (Pipedrive)
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie und Priorisierung von Zielgruppen
