Product Designer

• Develop low-fidelity UX wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate interactions and design concepts.
• Create and refine user-friendly high-fidelity visual UI designs in Figma and ensure a smooth handover to engineering.
• Conduct product discovery and qualitative research in close collaboration with Product, Engineering and other business stakeholders to understand our users, their needs and pain points.
• Create prototypes for user testing and sales demos.
• Establish design guidelines, best practices and standards (including Figma design systems) based on existing definitions.
• Present designs and key milestones to colleagues and leadership.
• Support marketing activities by producing visual assets and campaign materials.
• Guide external design resources to ensure a consistent brand and visual identity.
• Commit to continuous learning to stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
