About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own program management for a portfolio of Tier 1 customer engagements
Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and owners
Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for customers
Design and run a consistent cadence of engagement communication
Produce clear, executive-ready reporting for both internal leadership and customer executives
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Legal/Compliance
Own internal reporting on portfolio health

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of program or project management experience
Exceptional executive communication skills, written and verbal
Proven ability to build and drive detailed project plans
Strong track record of structuring ambiguous, complex engagements
Strong risk and issue management discipline
Based in the US (East Coast), with flexibility to work customer hours across time zones
