About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and lead high-priority strategic initiatives driving revenue, growth, and efficiency
- Use data and business insights to identify opportunities, size potential impact, and develop plans
- Partner cross-functionally to take initiatives from idea through execution and own outcomes
- Improve conversion, increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve business efficiency
- Own leadership, Board, and investor reporting, including queries, data integrity, metrics, and narrative drafts
- Build reporting and analytical infrastructure with recurring reporting and minimal manual intervention
- Own Sales pipeline reporting, conversion and cohort analysis, rep performance visibility, and forecast support
- Own contractor network analytics, including subscription performance, profile health, supply and market coverage, retention, and churn
- Identify trends, opportunities, and problems early
- Convert qualitative and quantitative signals into recurring insights for Product and GTM decisions
- Partner with Engineering to translate operational and data needs into technical solutions
- Own vendor and cost visibility, including contract inventory, renewal tracking, and spend benchmarking
- Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows with operating teams
- Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Sales, CX, Finance, and other teams
- Use AI-native tools, automation, and reusable workflows to eliminate repetitive work and create organizational leverage
- Apply judgment where automation falls short and prioritize accurate, honest answers
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or marketplace operations
- Scrappy, hands-on operator willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems directly
- AI-native approach to work, including automation, repeatable workflows, and reusable processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn data into action and own the numbers
- Fluency with SQL and modern data/BI tools
- Ability to independently obtain answers without waiting on Engineering
- Highly organized, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish
- Comfort operating with significant autonomy and ambiguity
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write materials read by the CEO and Board
