About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering high-quality technical service and support to medical imaging customers.
Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain medical imaging equipment (Cath Lab - GE, Siemens and Philips) to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues while adhering to OEM specifications, industry regulations, and company quality requirements.
Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
Document new processes and provide training to end users, while supporting additional duties as needed.
Ensure updates, calibrations or repairs are completed properly by running tests or diagnostics.
Driving and vehicle operation as essential functions of this role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent.
Ideal candidate will be experienced with servicing Cath Labs; GE and Siemens brand experience required, Philips experience is a plus!
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency with computers and related tools, including Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, hardware troubleshooting, and database entry/management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once.
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills, using critical thinking, initiative, and diagnostic ability.
Excellent communication and relationship-building, including clear verbal/written communication and positive interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
Flexibility, professionalism, and mature decision-making when resolving issues in fast-paced or challenging situations.
High attention to detail with reliable follow-through, ensuring accurate documentation, safe work practices, and quality results.
