About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Delivering high-quality technical service and support to medical imaging customers.
  • Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain medical imaging equipment (Cath Lab - GE, Siemens and Philips) to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues while adhering to OEM specifications, industry regulations, and company quality requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Document new processes and provide training to end users, while supporting additional duties as needed.
  • Ensure updates, calibrations or repairs are completed properly by running tests or diagnostics.
  • Driving and vehicle operation as essential functions of this role.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent.
  • Ideal candidate will be experienced with servicing Cath Labs; GE and Siemens brand experience required, Philips experience is a plus!
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with computers and related tools, including Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, hardware troubleshooting, and database entry/management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills, using critical thinking, initiative, and diagnostic ability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building, including clear verbal/written communication and positive interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and mature decision-making when resolving issues in fast-paced or challenging situations.
  • High attention to detail with reliable follow-through, ensuring accurate documentation, safe work practices, and quality results.
