Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and artists to architect medium to large features from concept to delivery to live support
Work with feature production partners to schedule, estimate, and evaluate risks
Improve workflows for development partners
Maintain and enhance existing player experiences
Mentor and guide engineers at all levels
Contribute to and help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team culture

Requirements

12 + years of combined professional experience and/or relevant education in software engineering
Fluency in C++ or C#
Strong data structures, logic, distributed systems, and algorithm skills
Self-motivation and willingness to participate in many areas of game development
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High levels of curiosity and desire to learn, with an emphasis on player engagement and metrics
