Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT controls in accordance with SOX requirements for Shared Platforms
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT processes and systems to ensure SOX compliance
• Identify, document, and address deficiencies or gaps in IT controls
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT controls, processes, and procedures
• Generate regular compliance reports for management and external auditors
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate SOX compliance audits
• Identify and assess IT related risks that could impact financial reporting for Shared Platforms
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies with established teams
• Monitor and track remediation of identified risks and deficiencies
• Provide training and guidance to IT and business teams on SOX compliance requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SOX compliance for IT-related matters
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of IT controls
• Participate in development and enhancement of compliance tools and systems
• Act as bridge between Tech and Internal Audit teams to maintain and enhance internal controls
