About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a segmented book of accounts with clear expansion revenue targets (upsell, cross-sell, seat expansion)
- Identify and prioritize under-utilizing customers; build plays to unlock latent adoption and convert it to paid growth
- Run commercial conversations with key stakeholders - you're pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Mine top-tier accounts for cross-sell opportunities across Blinq's product suite
- Maintain a healthy expansion pipeline and forecast accurately
- Surface recurring product gaps or blockers to Product
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years in B2B SaaS Account Management, with a clear track record of hitting expansion or upsell targets
- Commercial instincts - you think in terms of revenue impact
- Comfortable running a pipeline and managing a deal process within an existing account base
- Data-driven - you use usage data, segmentation, and engagement signals to prioritize where to spend time
- Strong communicator who can get to the right stakeholder quickly and have a commercial conversation
- High ownership - you don't wait for accounts to come to you.
