About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure that scales with global usage
- Define and track SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets and drive reliability improvements in partnership with product teams
- Improve and extend our on-call practices, observability tooling, and incident response systems
- Own our CI/CD architecture and deployment pipelines, optimizing for speed, safety, and team autonomy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and proactively identify systemic risks
- Champion best practices across engineering for fault tolerance, security, and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role with deep understanding of distributed systems
- Proven ability to scale systems in production environments, including experience with high-availability architectures
- Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and a sharp eye for what matters
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with defining and managing SLOs and SLAs across complex systems
- A collaborative, mentoring mindset — someone who thrives on unblocking and upskilling others
- A strong sense of ownership and a bias toward continuous improvement
