About the role

  • Lead end-to-end design across consumer and business surfaces — from discovery to high-fidelity execution
  • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to design seamless journeys across iOS, Android, and web
  • Develop deep user empathy and translate insight into experiences that feel intuitive and delightful
  • Help define and evolve our visual identity, product tone, and system-wide design patterns
  • Rapidly test, ship, and iterate on features using real-world feedback and tight product loops

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows taste, craft, and real-world impact
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, across platforms (mobile, desktop, responsive)
  • Experience working within or evolving a design system
  • A bias for simplicity and speed — you know when to ship fast and when to polish
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain your thinking and influence decisions
