About the role
- Own Blinq’s email marketing strategy end to end across lifecycle, product, and growth campaigns
- Design and execute onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement journeys
- Build and optimise automated flows and one-off campaigns that are timely, relevant, and on-brand
- Partner with Product, Growth and Brand teams to support feature launches, experiments, and GTM initiatives
- Use data and insights to continuously improve open rates, CTRs, conversion, and retention
- Lead A/B testing across subject lines, content, cadence, and segmentation
- Own email performance reporting and share insights with stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2B or product-led SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavioural triggers
- Proven experience driving measurable outcomes through email programs
- Comfort working with data and experimentation - you know how to turn insights into action
- Strong copy instincts and a great eye for detail
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Brand, and Data
- Familiarity with modern email and marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze, HubSpot etc.)
