About the role

  • Own Blinq’s email marketing strategy end to end across lifecycle, product, and growth campaigns
  • Design and execute onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement journeys
  • Build and optimise automated flows and one-off campaigns that are timely, relevant, and on-brand
  • Partner with Product, Growth and Brand teams to support feature launches, experiments, and GTM initiatives
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve open rates, CTRs, conversion, and retention
  • Lead A/B testing across subject lines, content, cadence, and segmentation
  • Own email performance reporting and share insights with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years’ experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2B or product-led SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavioural triggers
  • Proven experience driving measurable outcomes through email programs
  • Comfort working with data and experimentation - you know how to turn insights into action
  • Strong copy instincts and a great eye for detail
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Brand, and Data
  • Familiarity with modern email and marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze, HubSpot etc.)
