About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SQL
Build and manage internal tooling with the support team
Identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and tools for efficiency and scalability
Provide cross-functional technical guidance and support internally and externally with customers
Assist customers on technical calls as needed
Contribute to a rapid-delivery team handling second-line support, self-serve iteration, and small feature delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express, Node.js, and SQL
Experience building integrations with external systems
Proficiency implementing CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of SCIM, SAML 2.0, and Single Sign-On protocols
Ability to implement and troubleshoot SSO and SCIM integrations
Proven track record writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop scalable features in high-availability environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is nice to have
Familiarity with Grafana and other monitoring tools is nice to have
Prior experience with Scala and Java is a plus
