About the role
- Architect, develop, and test cloud-native microservices ensuring scalability and reliability
- Work with AI technologies, LLM frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
- Build and maintain containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and customer success to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Mentor team members and promote continuous learning and improvement
- Design and build systems with security best practices in mind
Requirements
- 6 years of high-level backend development experience
- Proven track record working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong foundational knowledge in backend technologies and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Python, Go, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred)
- Experience in end-to-end development of production-grade services (system design through implementation to delivery, including monitoring and ownership post-deployment)
- Experience building LLM-based applications is an advantage
- Understanding and applying key security concepts for system and data protection
