About the role

  • Play a pivotal role shaping the architecture and evolution of backend services for BlinkOps
  • Architect, develop, and test cloud-native microservices ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Deeply engage with a range of tech stacks, especially AI technologies, LLM frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
  • Work with containerized environments like Kubernetes and Docker
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Grow a culture of continuous learning, mentor team members, and guide professional development
  • Design and build systems with security at the forefront, protecting customers and their data

Requirements

  • 6 years of high-level backend development experience
  • Strong foundational knowledge in backend technologies and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of tech stacks (preference for Python, Go)
  • Experience with containerized environments and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in end-to-end development of production-grade services (system design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, taking responsibility after deployment)
  • Experience in building LLM-based applications is an advantage
  • Understanding and applying key security concepts when designing systems
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others
