About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Disrupt and overhaul America’s healthcare industry by providing technical leadership to build, develop and scale proprietary Blink technology
- Identify opportunity to create value through technology, and define technical vision for your team and the company

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years professional experience in software development, including 2+ years in a people management role
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with some of our tech stack, including Python, Django, AWS, Kubernetes and Linux and tools such as DataDog, Kibana, New Relic, and PagerDuty
- Experience architecting and implementing high performance and large scale distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, adopt, and scale AI-assisted development tooling across an engineering team, with a point of view on where these tools accelerate velocity and where they require human judgment
- Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, AI-powered product features, or ML platform infrastructure is a plus.
