About the role

  • System Integration: You test the interoperability of our LiDAR devices with various Video Management Systems (VMS) and Video Surveillance (CCTV) platforms to ensure seamless integration into existing security environments.
  • Testing Environment Maintenance: You maintain and extend the testing environment used for validating device integrations, including installation and configuration of VMS platforms, and troubleshooting of the test infrastructure.
  • Software Development: You contribute to the development and maintenance of our device integration stack by implementing, integrating, and debugging software components running on the device.
  • Validation & Documentation: You document integration results, compliance findings, and system behavior to support interoperability improvements and product development.

Requirements

  • Education: You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • Programming Skills: You have solid experience with Python and TypeScript. You are familiar with object-oriented design principles and comfortable working in complex development environments.
  • Automated Testing: You have experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest and understand modern testing practices.
  • Technical Stack (Plus): Experience with one or more of the following technologies is a plus: GitLab, Docker, CI/CD tools, CMake, Asyncio, Protobuf, gRPC, RTSP, gStreamer, SOAP, Web Services, ONVIF.
  • Mindset: You enjoy solving technical problems and contributing to the development of reliable and robust software solutions.
  • Communication & Languages: You have fluent English skills and are comfortable collaborating in an international team.
