About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
- Represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for technology developments
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, including program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls
- Facilitate the development and documentation of end-to-end business processes and associated performance measures
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure design continuity
- Develop comprehensive requirements documentation and interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document local variations to national uniform processes
- Support post-implementation measurement and monitoring of transformation solutions
- Gather and document lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide subject matter expertise in business process modeling, business rules development, and functional requirements development
- Drive the end-to-end solution strategy and implementation of the to-be vision through Program Releases
- Present business and technical requirements for review and approval to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct user acceptance testing coordination and may oversee overall testing processes
- Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and senior leadership
- Conduct trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements to ensure optimal solutions
- Partner with all stakeholders to communicate the progress of the project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or additional years of experience)
- 5+ years' experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs
- Experience managing projects in Atlassian
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- An active Agile certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a US Citizen or legal resident and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
