Head of Sales – First Commercial Hire

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define ENODE’s commercial strategy across B2B and B2C
- Build and own the entire sales funnel
- Acquire the first customers and close key deals
- Identify high-potential segments and unlock demand
- Develop scalable go-to-market approaches (community, partnerships, direct sales)
- Work closely with Product & Marketing to shape the offering and positioning
- Establish the foundation for a future sales organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales, business development, or early-stage growth
- Strong drive to close deals and generate revenue
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with uncertainty
- Willingness to exchange a fixed salary for significant upside participation
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Interest in sports, performance, or data-driven products is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
