Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in estimating, preconstruction, procurement, or construction management, preferably supporting utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
Strong understanding of engineering collaboration, construction techniques, estimating methodologies, procurement, financial modeling, contract negotiations, and project execution.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Experience managing complex pursuits, developing competitive estimating strategies, and mitigating commercial and technical risk.
Strong business acumen with the ability to build client relationships, negotiate effectively, and support business development efforts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating/construction software such as HCSS and Primavera P6 is preferred.
Willingness to travel as business needs require.
