About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control key processes that influence customer satisfaction and/or enhance and streamline organizational effectiveness
Aligns Blattner's business goals to be an industry leader by improving and implementing procedures and processes as directed by the Manager I, Continuous Improvement
Facilitate complex cross functional projects from conception to completion
Calculate potential and actual cost to be used in process improvement evaluations
Complete time studies on processes and methods to help achieve balance and flow
Define the business case for each initiative with input from stakeholders by identifying and gaining agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Training and Development or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of related experience, preferably in construction management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role
Technical writing experience and a Lean six sigma green belt certification preferred and or the ability to complete certification in the first year of employment
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Well organized and skilled at interpreting data, problem solving, and making solution-focused recommendations.
