About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the management of preconstruction process and teams in the Blattner renewable market.
Collaborate closely with Commercial Operations and the field execution teams.
Monitor the preconstruction process to ensure Managers are properly following the schedule.
Ensure the project closeout process is performed and information flows back to the estimating/procurement group.
Produce high-quality estimates and ensure professional RFP submissions.
Review and mentor that changes to scope, schedule, and risk are all known and accounted for in final pricing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year construction management, engineering, or related degree.
Five or more years of management, estimating, and procurement experience.
Demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge in the renewable market.
Conflict management skills required.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
Extensive travel required.
