About the role
- Serves as the Workday subject matter expert with deep knowledge of functionality and capabilities including business processes, integrations, and security.
- Leads highly technical, specialized, and complex projects.
- Oversees the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, as well as the design of system test plans and test scenarios.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities for the Company, client groups and individuals with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
- Stay abreast of trends in information systems training, materials and techniques via Workday Community and other sources to continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent education and HR experience.
- Five or more years of progressive related experience required.
- Workday experience required.
- Renewable construction industry experience.
- Experience working in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition modules within Workday.
