Trains and mentors Trade Superintendents, Assistant Trade Superintendents, Forepersons, and field employees who provide training to enhance their facilitation abilities.
Acts as a liaison between the corporate office and job sites for learning and development needs.
Champion of corporate culture and standardized work processes.
Extensive travel required.
Requirements
4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education, practical field experience and demonstrable knowledge of company processes and systems.
Eight or more years of progressive related experience including four or more years leading and supervising construction teams, or have demonstrated leadership and supervision abilities to teach and develop construction supervisors required.
Experience with creating and delivering construction, safety, quality, standard process, or regulatory training; or equivalent combination of training and/or construction experience.
