Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic consulting engagements that solve complex business challenges
Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and translate insights into actionable strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to client stakeholders
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts
Develop and execute account strategies that drive client value
Lead discovery, strategy development, and execution planning
Assess business opportunities and develop recommendations
Apply deep expertise in digital transformation and technology ecosystems
Collaborate with Consulting Leaders and delivery teams
Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies
Stay current on emerging technologies and represent BlastX Consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in management consulting
Hands-on expertise in MarTech, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making
Experience working with C-level executives
Strong business acumen in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and analytics
Demonstrated experience owning the full client lifecycle
Experience negotiating contracts with mid-market or enterprise clients
Experience managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to lead multiple high-impact projects
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
