About the role
- Develop and execute Fanblast’s end-to-end marketing strategy
- Oversee all marketing functions ensuring consistency and impact
- Shape and protect the Fanblast brand identity
- Lead creator acquisition and growth campaigns across various platforms
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and creator success teams
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team
- Define, track, and optimize key marketing KPIs
- Act as a thought leader in the creator economy
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions
- Experience leading both brand storytelling and performance marketing
- Deep fluency in how creators and fans use social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Comfort managing agencies and partners
- Bonus: strong network in the creator or influencer ecosystem
