About the role

  • Develop and execute Fanblast’s end-to-end marketing strategy
  • Oversee all marketing functions ensuring consistency and impact
  • Shape and protect the Fanblast brand identity
  • Lead creator acquisition and growth campaigns across various platforms
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and creator success teams
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team
  • Define, track, and optimize key marketing KPIs
  • Act as a thought leader in the creator economy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions
  • Experience leading both brand storytelling and performance marketing
  • Deep fluency in how creators and fans use social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Comfort managing agencies and partners
  • Bonus: strong network in the creator or influencer ecosystem
