About the role

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking lead generation, campaign performance, and content ROI
  • Create marketing automations using AI tools to streamline outreach, personalization, and lead nurturing

  • Operate closely with delivery and client-facing teams, similar to a professional services environment, to ensure marketing aligns with real customer needs

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, event management, or growth marketing
  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable building with AI tools, creating automations, and prototyping marketing solutions. Be prepared to show us agents or automations you've built.
  • Event experience: Track record of planning and executing professional events from logistics to ROI measurement
  • Professional services experience: Comfortable operating in client‑facing or services‑driven environments, supporting delivery teams and translating technical work into clear marketing narratives
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable defining and tracking marketing KPIs, running experiments, and interpreting campaign performance
  • Builder mentality: You prototype quickly and solve real problems rather than just documenting them
  • Strong communicator: Can translate technical concepts into clear marketing narratives
  • Detail-oriented with systems thinking: You see how pieces connect and build processes that scale
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed: You thrive in dynamic environments where structure is built, not inherited.
