About the role
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking lead generation, campaign performance, and content ROI
- Create marketing automations using AI tools to streamline outreach, personalization, and lead nurturing
- Manage website content updates and ensure technical accuracy
- Build data pipelines for lead scoring and campaign attribution
- Manage marketing tool stack (website CMS, email platforms, analytics)
- Coordinate with designers on marketing materials and project timelines
- Plan and execute event series and one-off events from conception through post-event analysis
- Coordinate conference sponsorships, booth presence, and speaking opportunities
- Manage event logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee communications
- Create event marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Track event ROI and generate post-event reports
- Coordinate swag orders for events and new hires
- Manage content calendar and publication schedule
- Support content creation workflows from ideation through publication
- Create partner marketing materials and co-branded assets
- Build AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and distribution
- Support thought leadership initiatives and campaign development
- Partner with sales and partnerships teams to understand pipeline needs and create supporting materials
- Work with delivery teams to translate technical capabilities into marketing narratives
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging strategy and positioning
- Operate closely with delivery and client-facing teams, similar to a professional services environment, to ensure marketing aligns with real customer needs
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, event management, or growth marketing
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable building with AI tools, creating automations, and prototyping marketing solutions. Be prepared to show us agents or automations you've built.
- Event experience: Track record of planning and executing professional events from logistics to ROI measurement
- Professional services experience: Comfortable operating in client‑facing or services‑driven environments, supporting delivery teams and translating technical work into clear marketing narratives
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable defining and tracking marketing KPIs, running experiments, and interpreting campaign performance
- Builder mentality: You prototype quickly and solve real problems rather than just documenting them
- Strong communicator: Can translate technical concepts into clear marketing narratives
- Detail-oriented with systems thinking: You see how pieces connect and build processes that scale
