Product Designer

• Design and deliver compelling, end-to-end user experience solutions for multiple products and platforms, from assessing and defining customer needs to delivering concepts, to prioritizing features, to presenting and evaluating prototypes, to validating user experience feedback
• Develop conceptual models, personas, workflows, design prototypes, and user interface specifications to demonstrate effectiveness of usability
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Contribute to our external thought leadership efforts (for example: blog posts on cutting-edge practices in UX/UI for blockchain applications)
• Maintain high utilization and report activities into our resource management systems on a timely basis
